The ceremony witnessed a morning plenary session that included opening speeches and an official announcement by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in addition to presentations by senior representatives of the European Commission and the European Union delegation, to review new cooperation and funding opportunities available to Egyptian institutions, including universities, research centers, SMEs, and startups, within the framework of the transitional arrangements effective since April 10, 2025.
