Patients Service Office Mission

Mission- Patient reception, opening a file for every individual patient to be presented to the specialist.
- Update patient data according to the development of the pathological condition.
- Record the dates and appointments of the patient's outpatient visits.
- Respond to inquiries and questions of patients or their families, whether by phone or directly.
- Explain the rights and duties of patients.
- Receive patients' complaints and observations and informing the clinic director or his deputy to work on resolving them.
