Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Zainab Ahmed Hussein, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy, Horus University. The Training and Continuing Education Unit at the Faculty of Physical Therapy organized a workshop entitled “Blood Flow Restriction after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Rehabilitation” presented by Dr. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Lecturer of Orthopedic Physiotherapy at Pharos University. This is within the framework of the summer training program dedicated to students and graduates of the college..
The workshop aimed to shed light on the latest techniques used in the rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament injuries using blood flow restriction technology, which is one of the advanced methods that help promote the healing process and increase muscle strength without the need to use heavy weights. The workshop also included practical applications and interactive discussions aimed at enabling students and graduates to understand the theoretical and practical basics of this important technology.
